Yin Yoga is a calmed yoga style in which you will perform passive postures that are held for 5 min in order to improve flexibility, increasing circulation and restoring a fuller variety of motion.

Your Yin Yoga Practice

Based on the concept of Ying and Yang, Yin Yoga was founded in 1970 by Paulie Zink, a martial arts expert, and Taoist yoga teacher. Nowadays it is being taught by Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers across Europe and the Americas.
